Overview
Gleam offers a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at [email protected]. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange for a replacement item of the same product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
